Who We Are

Medical Assistance & Missional Outreach exists to provide medical and missional support
to children living in extreme poverty in Uganda. What was a dream and a vision has become a reality!
Officially started in October 2016, MAMO has seen God do exceedingly abundantly
more than we have asked or imagined.

The best part of what God has done; pastors and school directors are independently investing
in the health and wellness of their students and staff. More than 5,000 children are benefitting,
and among the biggest impacts (as identified by the pastors)
– healthier children who are doing better in school.

Our Vision

To love as Jesus loves through equipping local leaders with medical support and biblical education.

Anything helps:

Girls who make it to secondary school in Uganda can’t attend school without feminine products, and washable pads are much more sustainable than disposable pads. Your help can literally change the lives of young women in Uganda!

What We do

Our interventions can be broken down into three categories.

Capacity Building

We provide essential training to  School owners, directors and leaders that equips them to grow and manage them more effectively.

Community Health

Our community health program focuses on hygiene, disease prevention and sensitization. We are also rolling out the new nursing project were we will help competitive student nurses with tuition so they can go back to serve their communities.

First Aid

We launched with provision first aid training and first kits for each our pioneer 18 schools and 2 children’s homes. Every year, we restock the kits and provided refresher training for care providers.
